It's Eathan's turn to have his very own lapbook. We're starting easy and doing an About Me Lapbook. It's been fun so far, but this one definitely isn't going to be put together in a couple of hours. hehe He's really excited about getting a lapbook of his own. He essentially is why I started looking into lapbooking in the first place. He has become so against any formal school. We have Explode the Code (ETC) and he loved it. Now it's like pulling teeth to get him to look at it. :( He loves to draw, but pull out any simple handwriting sheets and he's done! I really think it is an age thing and is why I'm thankful that we're homeschooling. I don't have to force learning on him. He's still enjoying to learn but I just have to be a little clever at disguising it. LOL This of course brings us to lapbooks. :) He loved helping with Garrett's and he even enjoys the colors and shapes review. hehe He has even been really excited doing the little activities that go along with his About Me book. I'll be sure to update when it's finished.
